Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice will be sponsoring a CLE on Recent Developments with Medical Marijuana in Arizona on Monday, April 20, 2015. The CLE presentation will be at the Weatherford Hotel from 4:00–5:00 followed by an AACJ sponsored Happy Hour at the Zane Grey Ballroom located in the Weatherford Hotel. David Euchner recent past President of AACJ and the Chief of the Pima County Public Defender’s Appellate Section will present an update and analysis of the recent decisions concerning DUI/Drugs, Use of Medical Marijuana on Probation, Use of Edibles and Other Forms of Marijuana Extracts, Rights of MMJ Patients and Caregivers and Other Recent MMJ Developments.
