CLE presented by Hon. D. Steven Williams, Division 1 of the Arizona Court of Appeals.

During this presentation, Judge Williams will provide an update on several recent appellate court decisions. He will also provide a few practice tips for appellate and trial practitioners. Finally, Judge Williams will conclude his presentation with a “Q&A” session (more on this below). This promises to be an incredibly informative and practical presentation.

For the “Q&A” session, Judge Williams has asked membership to email questions to the CCBA Board in advance of his presentation. He invites membership to submit questions about practice tips, individual cases, trending case law, his path to the bench, or any other topic of relevance. Please submit your questions to Staci Foulks & Paul Rubin at [email protected] by Friday, March 26, 2021. This will give Judge Williams some time to review memberships questions and prepare answers.
